My Own review :First of all the “Learning Boxing and Coiling Slightly” section is all about basics of taiji.
Master chen explains in great details about the principles of Chen taiji.
Frankly speaking most beginners do not appreciate the principles and jump on to forms and fajin etc.
After practicing taiji for last 8 yrs, Today I can say, the stuff master chen teaches is real gold.
Most of the stuff mentioned in this is what I learned in 100’s of hours of practice.
I wonder how much my own taiji would have changed If I knew about this course earlier.
For Push Hands video – It’s decent video but I do think Push hands cannot be explained in videos.
There’s lot to understand, feel with push hands.
You’ll notice most of the stuff in these videos does get repetitive, but it’s still really fun to watch.
