Description
Dan Baker hits the UK to deliver his BRAND NEW ‘HIGH POWERED PERFORMANCE’ course this May in Leeds.
Dan is one of the worlds very best and will be sharing his 25 years of experience with you, taking you through the planning process that has never been able to be seen publicly in this depth before (Dan was contracted to the Broncos and couldn’t share this until now).
Dan and I spoke over Skype the other day and recorded a short podcast about the workshop. Needless to say that this is one for pretty much all coaches to attend.
In this interview I asked Dan about his philosophy of training and developing athletes and also we chatted through the EXCLUSIVE CONTENT that he will be sharing at this workshop.
There’s loads of information covered here and the main points are that if you want to take your programming and athletic development knowledge to a higher level this workshop is one that you don’t want to miss.
There will be lots of content shown from Dans time at the Broncos that WILL NOT be available on the video afterwards.

More information about Self Help:
Self-help or self-improvement is a self-guided improvement—economically, intellectually, or emotionally—often with a substantial psychological basis.
Many different self-help group programs exist, each with its own focus, techniques, associated beliefs, proponents and in some cases, leaders.
Concepts and terms originating in self-help culture and Twelve-Step culture, such as recovery, dysfunctional families, and codependency have become firmly integrated in mainstream language.
Self-help often utilizes publicly available information or support groups, on the Internet as well as in person, where people in similar situations join together.
From early examples in self-driven legal practice and home-spun advice, the connotations of the word have spread and often apply particularly to education, business,
psychology and psychotherapy, commonly distributed through the popular genre of self-help books.
According to the APA Dictionary of Psychology, potential benefits of self-help groups that professionals may not be able to provide include friendship,
emotional support, experiential knowledge, identity, meaningful roles, and a sense of belonging.
