Tape 1: Basic Fundamentals – Wrapping hands, stance, footwork, left jab, right cross, left hook, upper cuts, cutoff punches.
Tape 2: Roadwork/Floorwork – Rhythm and coordination exercises, hitting heavy bags, hitting double-end bags, jumping rope, range and distance.
